Mrs. Ferrara is an experienced Accountant with a 27 year history of working in both the private and public corporate sectors. Skilled in Tax Preparation, Firm Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, QuickBooks Recordkeeping, Financial Reporting and Microsoft applications. Strong business-minded operations professional with a Bachelor of Arts focused in Accounting and Economics from University of South Florida.

Mrs. Ferrara serves as the CFO and oversees all financial related activities. In addition, she is responsible for the purchasing and installation of furniture, fixtures, equipment, specialty equipment, cabling, telecommunications and move management. Mrs. Ferrara also assists with the preparation of contracts, draw processing, monthly management reports as well as assisting in the permitting process and coordination of Request for Proposals for contractors, consultants and vendors.
